Feasibility

We assess your site, your budget, and your project type. We'll tell you what the site can support, what approvals you'll need, and whether the numbers make sense. This stage is free and gives you real clarity before you commit to anything.

Design & Planning
1–2 months

We work with architects to develop your design. Our role is to contribute from a construction perspective — making sure what's being designed can actually be built efficiently and within budget. You'll be involved in decisions, and we guide you through them so nothing is overwhelming.

DA / Approval
4 weeks – 6 months

We help you choose the right approval path early — CDC or DA — so you're not stuck in unnecessary delays. A CDC is faster, usually four to six weeks. A DA goes through council and can take several months. We manage the process and keep you updated throughout, so you're never left wondering where things are.

Construction & Support
6–12 months

This is where your project comes to life. A dedicated supervisor manages your site every day — coordinating trades, checking quality, and making sure everything is built to plan. You'll receive weekly written updates, daily site diaries through Wunderbuild, and live camera access to your build. Nothing progresses without quality checks. No stage gets signed off until it's right.

Handover
2 weeks + ongoing support

Before we hand over, we do a detailed walkthrough and fix anything that needs attention. Handover takes about two weeks to make sure everything is completed properly. After that, we don't disappear. You get 12 months of aftercare support — and a 4-year workmanship warranty. If anything comes up, we come back and sort it.
