Ahsan started in construction in 2019 as a carpenter. His goal from the beginning wasn't just to stay on the tools — it was to understand how homes are actually built from the ground up, so he could run his own projects.
Early in his career, he worked under an experienced builder with a structural engineering background, delivering custom luxury homes across Sydney's North and North West. That experience — supervising high-end projects on difficult sites in the Hills District — shaped how he approaches every build today. You learn quickly that there's no room for shortcuts when expectations are high.
Over time, Ahsan progressed from carpentry into supervising and then into managing custom homes himself. One of the biggest lessons came when a structural detail was missed in the engineering on an active project. He picked it up during the build, stopped work, went back to engineering, and managed the resolution without compromising quality. That experience taught him the value of staying ahead — not reacting after the fact.
Today, through Auzzy Projects, he builds custom homes, duplexes and co-living developments — always with the same focus: clear costs, honest timelines, and hands-on supervision from start to handover.
Outside of work, Ahsan is a husband and father of two. He keeps a disciplined lifestyle — and that carries directly into how he runs projects.

He is responsible for overall delivery — working directly with you, setting the strategy, and ensuring everything stays aligned from start to finish. He stays involved where it matters, especially when decisions impact cost, quality, or long-term performance.
Hamid manages the day-to-day execution of your project on site. He coordinates trades, oversees quality, and ensures everything is delivered according to plan. You'll see him on site regularly, especially during key stages — he's your connection to what's actually happening on the ground.
Christian manages the systems behind your project. He runs Wunderbuild, coordinates vendors, assigns tasks, and ensures everything is tracked and organised. While the site team focuses on building, he makes sure nothing slips through the cracks behind the scenes.
