Luxury custom home on a steep Northern Beaches site — pool, sauna and water views engineered from the ground up. A project that required precision at every stage, from excavation through to high-end fit-out.

The Seaforth project is a testament to what's possible when engineering rigour meets design ambition. The steep site presented real challenges — retained walls, complex structural engineering, and a build sequence that had to be carefully choreographed from the ground up. The result is a home that sits confidently in the landscape and makes the most of its outlook across Middle Harbour.
